Can you believe it’s been almost two years since the pandemic started? It feels like years ago we were told to stay home and only leave the house to get necessities, like groceries and medicine.
It was the least productive time for some. Yet it was also the most productive for others. While many of us spent lockdown in our pyjamas, one young lady was busy building a sustainable empire.
Elysse Collective is an elegant, innovative, circular furniture brand that was launched in the peak of the pandemic. The founder, Dani, felt compelled to build something meaningful and impactful, where she could also utilize her creative talents. With $80 to her name, Dani decided to get into the furniture flipping business, and it quickly evolved into a mission bigger than anything she ever imagined.
You only need to glance at her Instagram feed to see that Dani has a true talent for design and style. Dani’s furniture pieces are stunning and chic, and she has a keen eye for detail. And it isn’t only furniture that Dani refinishes. She has a range of decor, including her unique Faux Stone Collection, which are handcrafted using recycled glass, clay, and paint.
If you’re looking for some unique pieces for your home, check out her website, and follow her on Instagram to be the first to know when Dani refinishes something new.
